By accessing or using the FIRST-FIN platform ("Platform") provided by First Financial Canada ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Subscriber", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including dealership owners, sales managers, and any authorized personnel accessing the Platform on behalf of a dealership.
FIRST-FIN is a cloud-based dealer management platform providing automotive dealerships with tools including deal structuring, CRM, inventory management, AI-powered SMS outreach (Sarah AI), lender comparison, and related dealership operations software. The Platform is delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription accessible via web browser.
You must be at least 18 years of age and operating or employed by a lawfully operating automotive dealership to use this Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at first@firstfinancialcanada.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each subscription covers one dealership. Sharing credentials across multiple locations or businesses requires a separate subscription per entity.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or a notice within the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Platform is licensed solely for lawful use in connection with automotive dealership operations. You may use the Platform to manage deals, contacts, inventory, and SMS outreach to your dealership's customers and prospects.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
The Sarah AI SMS feature must only be used to contact individuals who have provided express or implied consent to receive commercial electronic messages from your dealership, consistent with CASL requirements. You are solely responsible for maintaining records of consent for all contacts in your CRM.
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full Platform access. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access will be restricted until a subscription is activated.
The Platform is offered on the following subscription plans, billed in Canadian dollars (CAD):
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST/HST will be applied where required by law.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. First Financial Canada does not store credit card information on its servers. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency of your chosen plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at first@firstfinancialcanada.com.
If a subscription payment fails or lapses, Platform access will be downgraded to read-only mode. Your data will be preserved for 90 days. After 90 days of non-payment, we reserve the right to permanently delete account data.
First Financial Canada is committed to protecting the privacy of our subscribers and their customers in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your customers' data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored on Railway's cloud infrastructure and PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you provide data at your own risk and that First Financial Canada cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at first@firstfinancialcanada.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Upon account termination or written request, we will delete your account data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires that commercial electronic messages (CEMs), including SMS messages, be sent only with the recipient's express or implied consent, contain sender identification, and include an unsubscribe mechanism.
Implied consent exists where there is an existing business relationship (e.g., a customer who recently inquired about a vehicle). Implied consent is time-limited under CASL and should not be relied upon indefinitely. We recommend obtaining express written consent where possible.
Any contact who replies STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or equivalent to an SMS sent through the Platform will be automatically flagged. You must honour unsubscribe requests promptly and cease sending messages to that contact within 10 business days, as required by CASL.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. First Financial Canada does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, First Financial Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
