By accessing or using the FIRST-FIN platform ("Platform") provided by First Financial Canada ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Subscriber", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including dealership owners, sales managers, and any authorized personnel accessing the Platform on behalf of a dealership.
FIRST-FIN is a cloud-based dealer management platform providing automotive dealerships with tools including deal structuring, CRM, inventory management, AI-powered SMS outreach (Sarah AI), lender comparison, and related dealership operations software. The Platform is delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription accessible via web browser.
You must be at least 18 years of age and operating or employed by a lawfully operating automotive dealership to use this Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each subscription covers one dealership. Sharing credentials across multiple locations or businesses requires a separate subscription per entity.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or a notice within the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Platform is licensed solely for lawful use in connection with automotive dealership operations. You may use the Platform to manage deals, contacts, inventory, and SMS outreach to your dealership's customers and prospects.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
The Sarah AI SMS feature must only be used to contact individuals who have provided express or implied consent to receive commercial electronic messages from your dealership, consistent with CASL requirements. You are solely responsible for maintaining records of consent for all contacts in your CRM.
First Financial Canada offers a free interactive demo of the Platform at no cost. The demo provides a limited, read-only simulation of Platform features and does not include live data, SMS sending, AI engagement, or any operational functionality. No credit card is required to access the demo.
The Platform is offered on the following subscription plans, billed in Canadian dollars (CAD):
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST/HST will be applied where required by law.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. First Financial Canada does not store credit card information on its servers. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency of your chosen plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at [email protected].
If a subscription payment fails or lapses, Platform access will be downgraded to read-only mode. Your data will be preserved for 90 days. After 90 days of non-payment, we reserve the right to permanently delete account data.
First Financial Canada is committed to protecting the privacy of our subscribers and their customers in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. Your data is stored on bank-grade encrypted cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you provide data at your own risk and that First Financial Canada cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Upon account termination or written request, we will delete your account data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires that commercial electronic messages (CEMs), including SMS messages, be sent only with the recipient's express or implied consent, contain sender identification, and include an unsubscribe mechanism.
Implied consent exists where there is an existing business relationship (e.g., a customer who recently inquired about a vehicle). Implied consent is time-limited under CASL and should not be relied upon indefinitely. We recommend obtaining express written consent where possible.
Any contact who replies STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or equivalent to an SMS sent through the Platform will be automatically removed from further AI-initiated outreach immediately and in real time — no manual action is required. The Platform processes opt-out requests automatically upon receipt.
As required by CASL, all unsubscribe requests must be honoured within 10 business days. The Platform exceeds this requirement by processing them instantly. You remain responsible for ensuring that any manual outreach outside the Platform also respects opt-out records.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. First Financial Canada does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, First Financial Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
SARAH is an automated AI text messaging assistant — not a real person and not a licensed financial, legal, or automotive advisor. SARAH's responses are generated by artificial intelligence for informational and lead-engagement purposes only. SARAH does not provide financial advice, credit counselling, legal guidance, or vehicle appraisals. Any information provided by SARAH regarding vehicle availability, pricing, financing terms, or trade-in values is approximate and must be independently verified by the dealership and customer before any transaction. First Financial Canada is not liable for any decisions made based on SARAH's automated responses, including but not limited to vehicle purchases, financing commitments, or trade-in agreements.
All calculations, rates, payments, approval estimates, and financial figures generated by the Platform are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. This includes but is not limited to: monthly/bi-weekly/weekly payment calculations, loan-to-value ratios, debt service ratios, lender approval probabilities, trade-in equity estimates, profit margin projections, and deal structure recommendations.
Lender approval criteria, interest rates, fees, and terms displayed in the Platform are based on data provided by the dealership or parsed from uploaded rate sheets. Lender terms are subject to change without notice. The Platform does not guarantee any lender approval, rate, or term. All lender submissions and approvals must be confirmed directly with the lender.
Vehicle inventory data, VIN information, mileage, pricing, and photos are sourced from third-party dealer websites and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all vehicle data before relying on it for any purpose.
The Platform provides tools for sending SMS messages to customers. The dealership is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws governing electronic communications, including but not limited to Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and any provincial or state regulations. First Financial Canada provides opt-out mechanisms and compliance tools but does not guarantee regulatory compliance. The dealership assumes all liability for messages sent through the Platform, including unsolicited communications, incorrect information, or messages sent to opted-out recipients.
The Platform is a business tool and does not provide compliance with any provincial, state, or federal vehicle sales regulations. Dealerships are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable vehicle sales authority requirements, including but not limited to:
The Platform does not verify dealer licensing, vehicle certification status, disclosure requirements, cooling-off periods, or any other regulatory obligation. All regulatory compliance is the sole responsibility of the dealership.
First Financial Canada shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or expense arising from: (a) reliance on any calculation, estimate, rate, or recommendation generated by the Platform; (b) inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated vehicle, lender, or customer data; (c) SMS or voice messages sent through the Platform; (d) AI-generated responses by SARAH or any automated system; (e) lender approval decisions or rejections; (f) deal structure outcomes; (g) vehicle pricing or valuation errors; or (h) any decision made by a customer, dealer, lender, or third party based on information provided by or through the Platform.
The Platform is a tool that processes and calculates information provided by users and third-party sources. All outputs must be independently verified by the user before being relied upon for any business, financial, or legal purpose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
The Platform, including all software, source code, interfaces, designs, logic, branding, and associated documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of First Financial Canada. All rights are reserved.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your dealership's internal operations during your active subscription period. No ownership interest is transferred to you under these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of First Financial Canada.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or enter into the Platform, including CRM contacts, inventory listings, and deal records ("Subscriber Data"). You grant First Financial Canada a limited licence to store and process Subscriber Data solely to provide the Platform services.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and consents to upload Subscriber Data and to use it in connection with the Platform, including the right to send commercial electronic messages to the contacts in your CRM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless First Financial Canada, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
First Financial Canada reserves the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense.
