How it works under the hood

Lead provider sends the lead → it lands in our IMAP-monitored Gmail → the ADF/XML body is parsed → CRM row created → routing rules fire → assigned rep gets an SMS notification. Setup time: ~5 minutes per lead source.

No technical setup required on your end — just paste the address into your existing AutoTrader / Kijiji dashboards.

Next: Import your inventory

Install the First-Fin Extension, then visit your dealer site (e.g. yourdealer.ca/vehicles/used) and click Scan. Up to 1,000 vehicles can sync per dealership — typical lot of 200-500 imports in 5-15 minutes with full photos.

Then: Set up your routing rules

From the Lead Routing panel, decide how leads from each source (AutoTrader / Kijiji / CarCostCanada / TAQ) auto-assign to reps. Round-robin, by vehicle make, by lead source, or any combination.
